To see the list of members, who have failed to create a subscription on Stripe, you can go to the Reports Module and Click on Failed Subscription on Stripe report.

Now, you can select from the filter that for which month and year you want to view the list and click on Search. After that, you will get the list of the failed payments with the customer name, type of payment, their membership id etc.
