To view the report of members with canceled membership, you need to go to Reports Module and Click on Membership Cancellation. 

After that, you will get the date filter for which time period you want to see the report. You will also be getting the filters for Membership and the Reason. Now, after filtering your choices, you can click on the Search button to get the results. You can download the CSV file by clicking on Export CSV
