To reset the password of any member, go to Members module, and select the member, whose password you want to reset. Now, click on Action Button and there, you will find an option to Reset the Password.

By clicking on Reset Password, you will be redirected to the history of the member. Now, click on Change Password and from there, you will be able to change the password by clicking on the Save changes button.
