Mode of Enquiries means your brands points of customer contact, from start to finish. For example, customers may find your business online or in an ad, see ratings and reviews, visit your websites. So you can have different modes of Enquiries.
To add the modes of Enquiries in Ezegym, you need to go to Enquiry Module then Click on Action button and select Enquiry Setting.
After that, you can view the board for Mode of Enquiry. To add a new Mode of Enquiry, Click on +button.
Now, a pop up will appear in which you can add a Mode of Enquiry and click on Save Changes to save it.
