Firstly go to setting module  and click on addons

after that click on enable paypal

paypal is online payments system that supports online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders.

Now, you just have to fill up the paypal business email  and url   after that click on SAVE button.
