You can enter a custom cancellation reason. For this, go to +Add Module and Click on Other Setting.

After this, you can view a board of Membership Cancellation Reason where you can find various reasons. To add a new reason, Click on +button.

Now, you will see a pop up in which you can write the Reason and Click on Save Changes to save it.
