For that, go to Enquiry Module then, Click on Action button and Select Enquiry setting.

After that, you can view a board of Enquiry Status which is having different stages. To add a new stage, Click on +button.

By Clicking on +button, a pop up will appear in which you can write the name of the enquiry status and click on Save.
